HJ. WAN SA’ADI BIN WAN JUNIDI - Managing Director / Chief
Executive Officer
Began his career in architecture as a trainee with Pakatan Reka Arkitek
in Kuala Lumpur in 1993. From then onwards, he build his success
over 8 years experience in the field of architecture, project
consultation, and construction, and 6 years as the management team with
KIP Management (IKRAM) Sarawak Sdn Bhd.
Working as an Assistant Architect, Project Management and as Head of
Office are his achievement and success, and his full involvement in many
projects over the 14 years span.
During his tenure with KIP Management, from 2000 until 2008, as the Head
of Sarawak Branch, was the coordinator and manage all the projects under
KIP Management for Sarawak. Overall projects awarded under the
Federal Government
agencies such as the Ministry of Education, Home Ministry, JKR, KKLBW,
worth more than RM 2 billion.
Projects, to name a few, schools projects under KPM (RM 600m), Project
Bekalan Air Bersih Untuk Sekolah-Sekolah di Sarawak (Tiubwell Project)
(RM 300m), Projek Rumah Guru (RM 600m), and Projek IPD for Betong (RM
80m), Samarahan (RM 80m)
At present, as the founder of Kurnia Matang Sdn Bhd, he sits as the
Chief Executive Officer for the group, and directors for all its
associate companies.
SHARIFAH AISAH BT. WAN JUNIDI - Director
Began her career with UAA Sdn Bhd as an accounts clerk from 2001 until
2004.
Upon appointment as the director of Catering Wannabby, she took charge
of the full operations of MARA University of Technology canteen in Kota
Samarahan and also the Dewan Makan for Institute Latihan Perindustrian
for 2 years.
Later appointed as the Director for Kurnia Matang Sdn Bhd and Atmosfera
Café.
Throughout her working career, she has attended the Corporate Director’s
Training Programme conducted byJ & H Consulting Sdn Bhd in September
2002, Kursus Asas Kontraktor Binaan conducted by Builders Info Centre
Sdn Bhd and Biro Rundingan & Innovasi UKM in July 2002.
Apart form that she also attended Bookeeping Course conducted by UBS
Corporation Sdn Bhd in March 2007.
At present, as the director of Atmosfera Café, she handles the daily
operations of the outlet.
HJ. ABDUL JALIL ABDUL RAHMAN – Head – Corporate Affairs
Haji Abdul Jalil is a printer by profession and had his formal training
in Guildford County College of Technology, surrey England, and in
Watford College, Watford, England, graduating with a Bachelor of Science
Degree (honours) in Printing and Packaging. Although not from the IT
line, he has great personal interest in computers and has followed
closely the developments in the IT industry over the past 13 years and
so has accumulated and gained a wide and diverse knowledge. He has been
instrumental in using this knowledge in providing the direction for the
growth of the KOMPULAB Sdn Bhd.

1984 – 1994 A fully owned company – BINARASA SDN BHD which holds a 7.4%
share of SUBIS ENTERPRISES SDN BHD, a timber-based company.
1985 to date Director in SYARIKAT TINGAN LUMBER SDN BHD, a timber
company.
1987 to date Shareholder & Executive Chairman in KOMPULAB SDN BHD,
dealing in sales & services of computers and all related products.

ZEKARIA HUSSAINI – Head-Human Resources / Quality & Safety
He started working career in 1982 as a photographer with Jabatan
Penerangan Malaysia. In 1983, joined Hornbill Skyways Sdn Bhd as an
Aircraft Fitter, mainly doing maintenance for aircrafts. He was
sent for the factory-course training in aviation engineering from July
1985 until December 1986 at Air Services Training, Britain’s Air
University in Perth, Scotland. In July 1992, joined Celcom (M) Bhd
as a Customer Service Assistant in Kuching. His career started to
move ahead within Celcom from there onwards, within the same year, he
was transferred to Sarikei to set up a branch office to take charge of
the full operation on customer service, finance & administration, credit
control and engineering. In April 1995, he was involved in the
special task team in the setting up of the Rural Telecommunication in
Bangladesh until July 1995. He was transferred back to Kuching in
September 1997 to head the Quality Assurance Department at regional
level. His main task was to oversee the regional quality
initiatives initiated by the management. In November 1999, he was
transferred to head office in Kuala Lumpur to head the Quality Services
Division. His main tasks were to look into all the regions
in Malaysia pertaining to business processes and quality initiatives.
He joined Zainon Shipping (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd in Kuching as the Business
Development and Operation Manager. In October 2001, he joined TM
Cellular Sdn Bhd (TMTOUCH) as the Business Control Executive, doing
business analysis and proposals for TMTOUCH Sarawak. Apart from
that, he also carried out task as the personal assistant to the General
Manager and doing PR tasks for the organisation. When Celcom and
TMTOUCH were merged in April 2003, he was transferred to the Marketing
Department as the Account Manager for the Commercial & Corporate Market.
In March 2004, he joined Sarawak Junior Golf Foundation & Academy
(SJGFA) as the General Manager on contract basis until October 2004.
He was appointed as an Independent QMS Consultant for Ayu Fabrics
Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. on the September 1, 2005 on contractual basis
until December 2005. He joined Kurnia Matang Sdn Bhd as the
Quality Manager in October 2007 until present.
Accredited with IQA INTERNATIONAL REGISTER OF CERTIFICATED AUDITORS
(IRCA) in Quality Management System Assessment and OSHA–Certified in
Managing Occupational Safety & Health from Occupational Safety & Health
Academy Sdn Bhd.
ABD. KARIM HJ. AYUB- Project Manager
In July 1984 until June 1986, he worked as a Lab Assistant/Tutor in
National Cheng Kung University, Soil Laboratory(Contract) to assist
various type of soil test and experiment for reinforcement structure,
beside as a primary tutor in Soil Mechanic. During services
involved in soil investigation and slope stabilization of Hong Kong
International airport From Aug. 1986 - Mar. 1988, he was appointed the
Project Engineer to Sarahon Construction Sdn. Bhd.(Contract).
During services attached to Santubong Bridge project and engaged as a
Piling and Offshore Engineer for Santubong Bridge before appointed as a
Project Engineer in a 375 units Batu Kawa Low Cost Housing Phase II
project and in charged of the Civil and Micro Injection Piling
production & installation.
Apr. 1988 - Mar. 1992, he was appointed as the Sarawak State Athletic
Coach (Majlis Sukan Negeri Sarawak) & Building Manager to Sumber Pelita
Sdn. Bhd. (LCDA) developing modern coaching and training to state
athletes and coaches, conducting few series of seminar and coaching
programs through out the state. During the 1990 Sarawak 3rd Sukma,
he was appointed as an IT coordinator with IBM project team to ensure
the accuracy and a fast result data. Beside monitoring the
construction of few new track and stadium in Sarawak before appointed as
an IT coordinator during the 1990 Asia Film Festival. In
Nov.90'-Sept.91' he was in-charged of the overall and daily operation of
the newly establish Saujana Carpark and Foodcourt. Apr. 1992 -
Jan.1993 Design Engineer to Jurutera Jasa Consultant Sdn Bhd.
During services involved in design such as Batu Lintang Road Widening
(DBKU) Pending Car-Care Centre ( SEDC ), Grigat - Selalang Road ( JKR ),
Padungan Road Widening (MBKS), re-alightment of 3rd Mile Roundabout
(JKR), Bangunan Shobra Renovation (Private), New Batu Lintang Wet Market
(MBKS), Sungai Lundu Bridge (JKR), Bekenu Water Supply (JKR) and etc.
Feb. 1993 - Oct. 1993 Civil Engineer to Eastborne Construction Sdn. Bhd.
(1year Contract) He was attached to the newly built multi storey PBB
(RM13mil) HQ at Jalan Bako and was in-charged of the overall C & S
construction until completion in mid of Oct. Nov. 1993 - May 1995
He was appointed Executive Engineer to Mechuma Sdn. Bhd. During
services he was appointed as a Project Manager to Batu - Kawa Tondong
Road Project (16.928 mil, JKR ), as a Project Coordinator to Lubok
Piasau Drainage Scheme ( 2.1 mil, DID ), SMK Simunjan No.2 (12.072
mil,JKR) and Miri High Court House (8.5 mil). June 1995 - Aug.
2001 he was a Civil Engineer to Kumpulan Construction Sdn. Bhd.
During services, as a Resident Engineer to Royal Mulu Resort extension
project (9.5 mil.), Project Engineer for CMS Properties to monitor the
construction of the Modular House Factory (12mil,CMSB) and Sarawak Steel
Industries (95mil,CMSB). In Sept.'99 - Oct.'00 he was seconded to
Hock Seng Lee Berhad as a Project Manager and managed the Tanjung Manis
Airport (Civil & Earth Work package -RM14.47mil ) as well as Pusa -
Tambak Road Construction (RM 2.92mil). As on Nov. 2000 - Jun.2001
he was attached to Sibu, Sungai Merah SESCO 33KV Sub - Station project
(RM0.9mil) as Construction Manager until completion on May.2001. Sept
2001 - Oct 2004 He was a Project Manager to HCM Engineering Sdn.
Bhd.(Contract) to manage RM168 mil. Projek Menaiktaraf Jalan
Kuching-Serian until expiry of contract. Jan 2005 - Fabruary 2008

MOHD. NAJIB BIN MAT AIL - Project Engineer
Graduated from University Kebangsaan Malaysia with a B. Eng. (Hons) in
Civil Engineering, in 1999.
Started working career as a Project Engineer with Cinta Bina SB in road
construction at Bertam Gua Musang Kelantan from Aug 1999 until Aug 2000.
Then involved with Kelkon SB in the construction of Asrama & Dewan
Serbaguna at Hospital Universiti Sains Malaysia in Kubang Kerian,
Kelantan from Sept 2000 until Sept 2001.
From Jan 2002 until Feb 2003, involved as the Resident Engineer with NIK
JAI Associates SB in the construction of Hospital Kepala Batas and the
construction of a bridge at Valdor and road widening.
In Feb 2003, iappointed as the Project Engineer with Wilayah Utara SB in
the construction of the Sector Operation Centre for Pengkalan TUDM
Butterworth.
In Jul 2003, involved with KIP Management SB in the construction of Ibu
pejabat Polis Daerah Betong, Sarawak and also in the construction of the
Rain Water Harvesting, Tube Well System , and Teacher’s Quarters for
Rural Schools in Sarawak.
